• Our 'Evidence Seekers' (undergraduate science students recruited) provide quick research help in response to simple research questions emailed by physicians.

• Students strive to achieve turnaround within 48 hours of receiving the requests.

 

• The service is for simple evidence lookup. It is not for major research projects, systematic literature reviews or other in-depth academic studies. Physicians should limit questions to ones that are simple and straightforward; (for instance, “Is there evidence that Vitamin D helps prevent colon cancer?”, "Is there a Canadian guideline for migraine prophylaxis?").
