Dedication
The Evidence Seekers project is dedicated to Dr. Archie Cochrane (1909 - 1988), a Scottish physician whose work promoted the use of randomized controlled trials and the establishment of the Cochrane Library, and to Dr. David Sackett (1934 - 2015) of McMaster and Oxford Universities, considered by many the father of evidence-based medicine, whose act of returning for a second residency after 20 years of practice exemplified the spirit of life-long learning.
