Physicians and students are free to email their concerns to the coordinator at any time.

Physicians and students can terminate this volunteering arrangement at any time for valid reasons. Please email the coordinator and notify him of this decision. (i.e. students did not attend to requests promptly, unacceptable quality of research, physicians sending non-work related research topic, etc)
We will conduct an online survey of all participants every summer in August. Survey results will be shared with all participants.
